Being a part of a university you have students coming from all over the world. IILM is one such melting pot. We have students from all around. And that means we have a bunch of hostlers as well. IILM has striven to provide great accommodation facilities for the students. Even though the hostel is not on campus but it is located in a safe and friendly housing society near the campus. The mere location of the place makes it great to live in .We hostlers are put up in 4 bedroom apartments on a room sharing basis. With all the household facilities such as cooking gas, refrigerator, washing machine etc provided to us living becomes very easy. Charges remain reasonable since packages are available at different levels of pricing. Overall it’s a clean, easy, safe and reliable living option.
Apart from the monetary aspect, it’s fun to live in a hostel. I mean of course 8 girls in an apartment sounds like loads of fun. Well that’s what it is. I have had a ton of fun during my first year in the hostel and also found great friends to support me. Living together, eating together, dancing, chatting and above all studying together has given us innumerable memories to cherish. It indeed feels great when during the exam time the whole house is revising together, stressing out together and rejoicing together. All in all living independently in a hostel enriches ones college experience and IILM takes care of our every need. So future hostlers do not hold a fear of living alone in your hearts, because its way better than you had imagined.
